UoE Accommodation
The University of Edinburgh manages a number of hotels and guest houses all of which are a short walk from campus. You can book UoE managed accommodation here (please use the discount code ‘EVENT’). All rooms include breakfast.
Private Accommodation
As a tourist destination, there are numerous options for accommodation in Edinburgh that will suit all types of budgets. We recommend consulting Visit Scotland, or popular hotel booking sites to find suitable accommodation in the city. There are ample hostels available on HostelWorld.
Accommodation outside of Edinburgh
Glasgow is a 45 minute train ride away and accommodation is generally much cheaper than in Edinburgh (even taking into account the return train ticket). Central campus is a 10 minute walk from Waverley Station. If budget options are not available in Edinburgh, we’d recommend considering staying in Glasgow or the surrounding areas.
